Personally, there's nothing better than a beer, a tub of horseradishy pub cheese, and some salty pretzels. Okay, there's a lot of better combos, but this one is up there! This pub cheese packs two piquant punches: one from the horseradish, and one from The Truffleist truffle mustard. Serve alongside the Truffle Pimento Dip for a perfect dip duo!
TRUFFLE PUB CHEESE
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese
2 oz cream cheese
½ c beer
1 tsp The Truffleist truffle mustard
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp horseradish
Grate or cut the cheddar into small pieces, then combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Blend until smooth, then serve with chips, pretzels and crudités.
